She is an Emergency Medical Service Specialist with an Applied Technical Diploma in Emergency Medical Technology having been trained by the Center for Prehospital Emergency Medical Services.

She has extensive experience in Customer Service and has had extensive training and experience in Call Center Operations where she serviced for a number of years.
