COMMUNICATIONS CENTER

The LIFE FLIGHT SERVICES NAOCC “ARCHANGEL” Communications Center (Arch Angel) will be staffed seven days a week, 24 hours a day, with a team of highly skilled Aeromedical flight coordinators and Certified Flight Communications Specialists. Our Aeromedical flight coordinators are both patient-transport, patient care specialists and aviation flight-following experts; the skillset to have both requires rigorous academic, Specialized and on-the-job training as well as a high level of professional commitment from our team.

Our communications center partners with public agencies, hospitals and other licensed, registered, appropriately authorized and public liability insured transport service providers to ensure we are working together to provide patient and air ambulance medical teams transport services for the critically ill or injured. Arch Angel oversees transport coordination from start to finish. Whether our patients are flying in a helicopter, fixed-wing aircraft or being transported by ground ambulances during unforeseen events, LIFE FLIGHT SERVICES NAOCC “ARCHANGEL”  “Arch Angel” is central in all communications and coordination.

In 2019, we began our “ARCH ANGEL PROJECT” initiative. This call-to-action was to ensure that, during unforeseen issues and events or when system status resource availability issues arise, LIFE FLIGHT SERVICES NAOCC “ARCHANGEL” can be relied upon to locate appropriate solutions for every one of our partnering air ambulance services and patients.

We utilize the industry recognized satellite tracking system, our ROIP two-way radio communications, a wealth of on-demand technical resources and in-house flight-following services for our all our services. We are prideful about our commitment to our teams, crews, coordinators, and communications specialists and their safety and the safety of the patients and communities we serve.

& more.
